FREE Health Checks for New Pets
We'd like to welcome your pet to our practice by offering them a FREE health check!
This is an introductory offer available for a limited time only - within two weeks of registration.
During this visit, your pet will receive a head-to-toe examination.
Any health problems identified by the vet during this physical exam will be communicated to you.
Should your pet require any further investigations, then these will be chargeable following your consent to proceed.
Any treatments recommended and accepted by you are also chargeable as normal.
As part of the welcome process, pet insurance and our Pet Health Club will be discussed with you.
*FREE health check cannot be used in place of a consultation for a sick or injured pet. All consultations with our vets are chargeable. Furthermore, this offer applies to dogs, cats, and rabbits only. For all other species, our chargeable consultation fee applies.
Please note that for all pets being transferred from another veterinary practice, their full medical history is required prior to them receiving their health check (or consultation, in the case of a sick or injured pet, or a second opinion from another practice). We shall therefore request details of their previous practice, so that we can obtain their notes. Your permission for this is likely going to be required by your previous vet practice, in order for them to send these to us. So, please confirm acceptance when they call to make this request, or alternatively trigger the request yourself by giving them a call instead.
