About Us and our Fabulous Team
Congleton Vets was opened in 2008 and joined what was then a new corporate group called IVC, back in 2012. Since then, we've gone from strength to strength, including a new CD in 2014, restructuring to create practice manager, head nurse, and head receptionist roles, increased Vet and nurse employment, becoming a nurse training practice, and providing support for new graduates through IVC's new grad academy.
We now boast a team of over 20 dedicated individuals, including 5 full-time vets, and are continuing to grow. We are an accredited RCVS Small Animal General Practice, an accredited training practice, ISFM Feline Friendly (Silver Status0, RWAF Rabbit Friendly vet list (Silver), and have achieved the Compassion Understood Platinum Award. We very much aim to support all members of the team progress in their careers, and to reach their full potential. As a practice, we truly are like a family. We support and care for each other, whilst providing the very best care and service for our clients and patients in the process. Everyone is treated with respect, Ideas are shared, and worries discussed. Additionally, being part of the wider IVC community has given us many rewards, including development of practice infrastructure, investment in new equipment, access to a whole range of training opportunities for the whole team, and increased benefits and security across the board.
Our amazing new team member would have previous experience in a small animal practice along with being a full Registered Veterinary Nurse. Be a team player with passion for learning, excellent small animal care!
