Prescriptions & Food Orders

Before completing this form, please familiarise yourself with the information provided which relates to the purchase of medications and prescriptions from our practice.

If ordering online, please allow 48 hours for completion. If your order is urgent, then please telephone through with your request, rather than completing this online form. We shall send you a text/SMS once your order is ready to collect. Please note that out of stock items will need to be ordered from our wholesaler (weekday deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays only). Special veterinary items and controlled drugs take longer (5-7 working days). So, to avoid disappointment, please order well in advance.

Patients on our Pet Health Club benefit from 20% off selected Lifetime Care Medications. Many products also come with manufacturer Loyalty Schemes, when purchased from the practice.
